1. Who we are

Phyre Labs operates email delivery infrastructure (the domain phyrelabs.com and its sub-domains) used to send newsletters and partner communications for the brands we manage. Contact: admin@phyrelabs.com.

2. What data we hold

• Your email address and, where provided, your name.
• The list(s) you belong to and how you were added (sign-up, business contact, partner relationship).
• Delivery data: whether a message was delivered, deferred or bounced, and the receiving server's response.
• Engagement data: whether a message was opened or a link was clicked. Links in our emails pass through our tracking domain (track.phyrelabs.com) before reaching their destination.
• Suppression data: addresses that unsubscribed or bounced, kept so that we never email them again.

3. How we use it

Only to send the communications you are subscribed to, to measure whether they were delivered and read, and to honour unsubscribe and bounce signals. We do not sell, rent or share subscriber data with third parties, and we do not use it for any other purpose.

4. Legal basis and retention

We rely on your consent or, for business contacts, our legitimate interest in communicating about our services. You can withdraw consent at any time by unsubscribing. Campaign data is retained for reporting; suppression records are retained indefinitely so that opt-outs remain effective.

5. Your rights

You can unsubscribe with one click from any email, or ask us to access, correct or delete your data by writing to admin@phyrelabs.com. Requests are handled within 30 days.

6. Security

Our systems are hosted on access-controlled servers, all traffic is encrypted in transit (TLS), messages are authenticated with SPF, DKIM and DMARC, and administrative access is restricted to authorised staff.

7. What we never do

We never ask for passwords, payment card details, banking information or identity documents by email. If you receive such a request claiming to be from us, do not respond and report it to abuse@phyrelabs.com.
